Please note that there may be slight variations depending on availability the week of the event.

  • 1st – Heirloom tomato salad
    • Locally Grown Heirloom tomatoes with ricotta Salata, Fresh Basil, EVOO & Balsamic Glaze

 

  • 2nd – Creamy Corn Pasta (I did a test kitchen of this a few weeks ago with some friends and family, and it was a hit – Im excited for this one!)
    • NJ Sweet Corn & Cream Sauce over pasta topped with Crispy Prosciutto

 

  • 3rd – Zucchini Pie
    • A classic Italian “peasant dish”.  NJ Zucchini Squash, eggs, & mozzarella & Pecorino Romano cheeses baked with a lovely bread crumb “Crust”

 

  • 4th – Option Course…
    • Grilled Denver Steak with a vibrant chimichurri, and a side of roasted Peppers & Potatoes
    • Lemon Chicken Served with Creamy Lemon Parmesan Orzo with Spinach

 

  • 5th – Something Sweet, Served with Coffee or Tea
    All desserts can be served a la mode with choice of either vanilla or chocolate ice cream
    • Homemade Apple Cake
    • Homemade Peach or Berry Tiramisu
    • Fresh Baked S’more’s Cookie

*Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled less than 10 days prior to event.  If cancelled up to 10 days prior to event, a 15% service charge will be deducted from your refund.  If cancelled less than 10 days prior to event, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If inclement weather occurs or serious illness/injury to the event coordinators, The Meat Shoppe reserves the decision to carry the event or cancel; If the event is cancelled due to weather or illness/injury the option for refund, or rescheduling will be provided.

Please note that photographs/videos, reviews/testimonials may be taken throughout the event. These will be used by Arctic Foods/The Meat Shoppe for marketing in business publications, on our website, and in social media.
