Join us at Arctic Foods for Saturday Supper with the talented Chef Scott McDonald, for an elevated yet comfortable dining experience.

Come enjoy a remarkable culinary evening with Arctic Foods and Chef Scott McDonald. The evening will be packed with bold flavors, locally sourced and mindfully prepared ingredients, and a comfortable laid back setting. We hope to create an elevated family style evening where people can get together to unwind, share some laughter, and enjoy fine food.  

Meet the Chef: Scott McDonald is not your ordinary chef. His journey from the Culinary Institute of America to kitchens around the globe has filled him with a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of food, health, and the environment. With his commitment to regenerative practices, Scott’s culinary philosophy goes beyond the plate, aiming to heal both bodies and the Earth. A career spanning over 15 years and accolades from renowned establishments like Robert De Niros’s Tribeca Grill, Talde, and Michelin Starred Oceana, Scott’s culinary prowess is a destination restaurant in of itself. 

Whether as Chopped Champion, competing on Beat Bobby Flay or engaging in advocacy for sustainable food systems, Scott hopes to help create a new generation of chefs dedicated to elevating consciousness in the kitchen and beyond. Join us for an unforgettable dining experience where each dish is a testament to mindful sourcing, meticulous preparation, and the transformative power of food as medicine.

  • First & Second Courses:
    Homemade Focaccia with assorted pickled veggies, and fancy infused butters
    Spring Panzanella Salad with local Ricotta Cheese
  • Family Style Entrees: 
    Certified Piedmontese Beef Butter Steaks
    with parsnip puree, wild mushrooms, black truffle, and watercress

    Pasture Raised Chicken with Ramp Salsa Verde,
    Charred Meyer Lemon, Asparagus, & Pea Shoots

    Pea and Parmesan Risotto

  • Dessert:
    Creamy Rice Pudding with Salted nuts, Salted Caramel, & Whipped Cream

*Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled less than 10 days prior to event.  If cancelled up to 10 days prior to event, a 15% service charge will be deducted from your refund.  If cancelled less than 10 days prior to event, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If inclement weather occurs or serious illness/injury to the event coordinators, The Meat Shoppe reserves the decision to carry the event or cancel; If the event is cancelled due to weather or illness/injury the option for refund, or rescheduling will be provided.

These will be used by Arctic Foods/The Meat Shoppe as well as Chef Scott for marketing in our business publications, on our website, and in social media.
